LITERATURE ANALYSIS #2

The book I am reading now is called " The Latehomecomer" by  Kao Kalia Yang. My sister had been reading this book for her college English class, she had said it was interesting. I decided to also read this book too, like give it a try. This book is about a family who immigrated to a refugee camp. They had struggles there. The book is a bit confusing since its like a college book, but the parts I understand were very interesting.  I expected this book to be very boring but it is very interesting. The author focuses on the main character to show her perspective on the things she was going through. For example, it talks about how the character see's people. The protagonist is like flat, because she doesn't have a lot of drama with her. She was just an immigrant going through struggles while immigrating.  I have only read the first 20 pages, and so far that is what I got! I have not finished the book yet so I am not sure how I will feel about it towards the end.
